绑定资源服务账号

POST

/api/v1/auth/resource-services/bindings

采集凭据后，用资源服务的 Basic 认证创建只读 account:read 授权。原始凭据不落库；成功后只保存可逆加密令牌包。Idempotency-Key 必须是 UUID。
